Mr. Christopher was already at the property, doing outside inspection, when we arrived. The property was much larger than we realized. He continued and cheerfully completed a full and thorough inspection, even though it took much longer than any of us expected. He was extemely cognizant of the fact that the majority of the interior had white carpeting. He made sure everything was kept clean and neat and left no area ignored. He offered valuable advice on everything we inspected. He showed patience while we asked many uninformed questions. His response with a final written report was done the same day with pictures! It was a long day and Mr. Christopher remained professional, cheerful and helpful all 5-1/2 hours. We would use him again and refer him to friends and family! Dave inspected two homes for us before we purchased (the deal on the first house fell through, thus the second property). He was quick to respond to our communication and punctual for appointments. During the inspection, he explained what he was looking for and what he was finding, as well as answering our questions.
